Most clients meet every two to three weeks for three to six months, and we adjust as life changes.
A first consultation runs 60 minutes and follow-ups 45, in the North Park office or by video. Superbills are provided for insurance reimbursement.

For most people, yes. We use the same tools on screen, and many clients like having their own kitchen and pantry right there.
Only if it helps you. Most clients do best with flexible meal ideas and a few simple structures they can adapt to any week.
Many plans include nutrition counseling with a dietitian. I provide a superbill you can submit, and we can look at your benefits together on the intro call.
